About

Floyd Rembert is a Government Account Executive and experienced corporate sales professional whose career has been shaped by discipline, relationship building, preparation, customer service, and a commitment to professional growth. Based in Marietta, Georgia, Rembert has worked with Fortune 500 companies and received recognition for his achievements in corporate sales leadership.

Rembert grew up in Newark, New Jersey, where athletics became an important part of his early life. He participated in basketball and developed particular success in track and field, competing in the 200-meter and 400-meter events. The preparation and consistency required in competitive athletics helped establish habits that would later influence his approach to sales.

After attending Irvington Tech High School, Rembert continued his education at Seton Hall University. His professional career ultimately led him into corporate sales, where he developed experience managing customer relationships, prospecting for new opportunities, understanding organizational needs, and maintaining long-term accounts.

Preparation remains central to Rembert’s professional philosophy. He starts his days early with a focus on physical and mental readiness before moving into prospecting, account planning, and customer engagement. He believes sales professionals should thoroughly understand the products and services they represent while remaining persistent and responsive to their customers.

Rembert also places significant value on continued learning. Books on business strategy, organizational leadership, sales, and communication have influenced how he thinks about professional development and customer relationships.

Outside of work, athletics continue to play an important role in his life. Since 2011, Rembert has coached youth baseball, using sports as an opportunity to encourage teamwork, accountability, confidence, and persistence among younger athletes. He also enjoys running, strength training, golf, and attending live NFL games.

Whether working with customers or coaching young athletes, Rembert emphasizes many of the same principles: prepare thoroughly, remain disciplined, keep learning, build strong relationships, and consistently work toward improvement.
